How to Talk to Your Wife About Sex

Are you interested in having better sex with your wife? If you are it is very important that you take the time to express that to your wife. The problem is that it can be a little bit challenging to confront the issue of sex with your wife. Here are a few tips that can help things go a lot smoother.

Proceed with caution

Do not criticize your wife. This will have a negative effect. You must be very gentle with your wife. Remember, it's not what you say but how you say it. Be honest about how you feel. Let your wife know that you would like to try new things in the bedroom such as a new position. Make suggestions. Just remember to be very gentle with your approach and avoid making your wife feel inadequate.

Don't be pushy

Once you have spoke with your wife about how you feel don't keep bringing it back up. Say how you feel, make a few suggestions and then give her some time. Your wife will need time because her feelings may be a little hurt by the fact that she is not pleasing you in the bedroom. She will need a little time to herself before she will feel comfortable trying out some of the suggestions you have made.

Be a good listener

Most men automatically think their wives are no longer attached to them sexually. Although this can sometimes be the case, often times it is not. A woman's body goes through an unbelievable amount of changes. Some women as they get older become fearful of showing off their bodies. Your wife may also be going through menopause or have a medical condition that is affecting her sex drive. It is important to talk to your wife but more important to listen.

Give her a gift

If you are still unsure of how to approach the topic of sex with your wife you might consider giving her a gift that lets her know where you are coming from. For instance you could give her a book with different sexual positions or a new sexy outfit. Besides being a nice gesture giving a gift is also a great way to spark up a conversation. This could make it a little bit easier for you to talk to your wife about your sexual wants and needs.

In short, don't avoid talking to your wife about sex. Just remember to be gentle and above all be a good listener.

Marriage Advice - Putting Romance Back in Marriage

Many people complain that after you're been in a relationship for a while, the romance starts to die. Everything becomes boring and predictable. Just thinking about it makes you feel tired all over. Maybe you're starting to think about those passionate, tender moments you enjoyed early in your relationship, and find yourself wishing you could relive them. If so, read on! There are things you can do to bring passion back into your relationship.

The most important rule is this: Don't wait for your partner to make the first move. Take action and do something unexpected! Bring roses home for no reason. Give your partner an unexpected massage. Hide little notes around the house, or slip one in their lunch.

Start taking notice of the good things your partner does. Do they clean the dishes right away? Do they do the laundry most of the time? Do they handle the bills? Do they remember to get your favorite munchies at the grocery store? Tell them how much you appreciate it.

Get to know your partner all over again--ask them some questions and get a conversation started. You could ask something silly like, "If you could only eat one thing every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?" Or you can try something more serious, like asking what their goals are. Even if you think you know what they'll say, their answers may have changed!

Putting romance back in marriage requires action. If nothing else, remember this: People respond well when they feel appreciated and loved. If you romance your partner and make them feel special, chances are they will start to reciprocate. Take the first steps to re-ignite the flame of romance.

AP Poll shows a tight Presidential race

According to the an AP poll the Presidential race just got that much tighter. The poll shows Sen. Barack Obama leading Sen. John McCain with a 1 point difference (44% to 43%). Three weeks ago Sen. Obama had a 7 point lead but after the last debate Sen. McCain made ground and now it is virtually a dead heat to the finish line. Whatever happens on election day it will be a historic event, we are either going to have the first African-American President or we are going to have the first Female Vice-President. Either way HISTORY will be made on that day. Be good and we'll continue to update stuff

Sam presents NEW !! The Bank Crisis, the Subprime Mortgage Crisis and How they Affect You posted at Surfer Sam and Friends, saying, "The Bank Crisis, the Subprime Mortgage Crisis
And How They Affect You

At the foundation of the bank crisis and the stock market crash of 2008 are money, greed and risk.
The New World of Mortgages

Traditionally, when you applied for a mortgage, your bank handled all stages of the transaction. The bank checked your credit, lent you money to buy a house, held the mortgage in its vault, collected your monthly payments and foreclosed on any bad loans. In the 1990s, things changed. A different specialist handled each stage of the mortgage. Mortgage brokers drummed up applicants for mortgages. Mortgage banks lent the money and held the mortgage note. They quickly resold these mortgage notes to investment banks. Mortgage servicing companies collected your monthly payment, and remitted the money to the owner of your mortgage.
Creative Finance with Mortgages

Meanwhile, investment banks put the mortgages into a trust, sorted the mortgages by risk and designed a new financial instrument, called a CMO, collateralized mortgage obligation. Basically CMOs were fancy debt instruments, IOUs with a fixed rate of return, based on bundles of home mortgages. The CMOs were supposed to work just like corporate bonds. Some CMOs, the toxic ones, were based on high risk mortgages, and some CMOs were based on high-quality, lower-interest mortgages. CMOs were rated for quality just like corporate bonds. Everyone in the financial world wanted to own them."

Retired Army Gen. Colin Powell endorses Sen. Barack Obama

In a surprise move by a well respected Republican such as Colin Powell, today he endorsed Sen. Obama in "Meet the press". He called Sen. Obama a transformational figure that will take the United States to new levels in the world's stage. In the same show he critiqued the current Republican Presidential nominee Sen. John McCain and his running mate Gov. Sarah Palin. When asked if his choice was made due to race Mr. Powell responded saying that race had nothing to do with it, but noted that Sen. Obama is going to electrify the country. He also added that on election day he is will be voting for Sen. Obama. Looks like Republicans are loosing their own members from within. We'll see what happens.

Guy Ritchie and Madonna "Finally over"

Well it looks like Madonna and A-Rod (Alex Rodriguez, New York Yankees Alex Rodriguez) can go ahead and get it on now. Months after A-Rod's divorce was final, now Madonna's divorce is being reported as being final as well. So after months and months of speculation over this same subject it is official now. Guy Ritchie will reportedly walk away with assets totaling around $60 million, including a 1,200-acre country estate, a London pub, and a cash settlement, and Madonna will hold on to her New York and Los Angeles homes and most of her considerable fortune (imagine that). We'll see her and A-Rod in public soon, mark my words.

Who in the world is "Joe the Plumber?"

Who is Joe the Plumber?

He is Joe Wurzelbacher, an Ohio man looking to buy a plumbing business who came to symbolize the notion of "spreading the wealth" in Wednesday night's third and final presidential debate between Democrat Barack Obama and Republican John McCain.

Earlier this week, when Wurzelbacher got a chance to speak with Obama when the candidate visited Toledo, he told Obama that his tax plan would keep him from buying the business that currently employs him.

"It's not that I don't like to be taxed. You have to be taxed," Wurzelbacher said Thursday on ABC's "Good Morning America." ''But to — just because you work a little harder, to have a little bit more money taken from you, I mean, that's scary."

Sensing an opening in the debate, McCain cited Obama's exchange with the plumber when the candidates were asked to explain why their economic plans are better than their opponent's. McCain said Obama's plan would stop entrepreneurs from investing in new small businesses and keep existing ones from growing.

"Joe wants to buy the business that he has been in for all of these years, worked 10, 12 hours a day. And he wanted to buy the business but he looked at your tax plan and he saw that he was going to pay much higher taxes," McCain challenged Obama.

"You were going to put him in a higher tax bracket which was going to increase his taxes, which was going to cause him not to be able to employ people, which Joe was trying to realize the American dream," McCain said.

McCain then looked directly into the TV camera and said: "Joe, I want to tell you, I'll not only help you buy that business that you worked your whole life for and I'll keep your taxes low and I'll provide available and affordable health care for you and your employees. And I will not stand for a tax increase on small business income."

Obama denied that was true.

"Not only do 98 percent of small businesses make less than $250,000, but I also want to give them additional tax breaks, because they are the drivers of the economy," Obama said. "They produce the most jobs."

So what did Wurzelbacher (pronounced whur-zell-BAHK-er) think about being at the center of the debate?

"It's pretty surreal, man, my name being mentioned in a presidential campaign," he said minutes after hearing McCain utter his name.

In Toledo on Sunday, Wurzelbacher told Obama that he was preparing the company, which earns more than $250,000 a year, and said: "Your new tax plan is going to tax me more, isn't it?"

Obama said that under his proposal taxes on any revenue from $250,000 on down would stay the same, but that amounts above that level would be subject to a 39 percent tax, instead of the current 36 percent rate.

"And the reason why we're doing that is because 95 percent of small businesses make less than 250 (thousand). So what I want to do is give them a tax cut. I want to give all these folks who are bus drivers, teachers, auto workers who make less, I want to give them a tax cut," he said.

Wurzelbacher protested, saying he's been a hardworking plumber for 15 years and why should he be taxed more.

"It's not that I want to punish your success," Obama said. "I just want to make sure that everybody who is behind you that they've got a chance at success, too."

At a later point in the discussion, Obama said: "I think when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody. But listen, I respect what you do and I respect your question, and even if I don't get your vote, I'm still gonna be working hard on your behalf because small businesses are what creates jobs in this country and I want to encourage it."

Wurzelbacher's name came up again when the debate turned to a discussion of health care policies.

He said Obama's reaction on the tax question left him feeling uneasy.

"I didn't think much of it the first time I heard it," Wurzelbacher said, adding that he still thinks Obama's plan would keep him from buying the business.

About McCain: "He's got it right as far as I go."

Even so, Wurzelbacher declined to say which candidate would get his vote on Nov. 4.

"That's for me and a button to know," he said.

In Thursday's ABC interview, Wurzelbacher said he is registered to vote and indicated he didn't mind being known as "Joe the Plumber," adding that his son was "digging it."

"I gotta admit, it's just kind of neat," he said of his new fame.

Melayu Bogel: WangCyber challenge

ntroduction
Melayu Bogel is one of the highly searched keywords on the internet in south east asia region. But why this particular keyword is so common in internet to Malay language speaker, I hear you ask. This phenomena is due to the association of the keyword to malay sex related websites. There are also few other keywords that have been associated to malay porn/sex websites, such as melayu bogel, artis melayu bogel, laman lucah and few more. With so many searches on this particular keyword, the challenge to descend the thrones of malay porn websites from Yahoo and Google top pages, is obviously difficult.

Wang Cyber Challenge
Wang Cyber is a brainchild of a Malaysian internet marketer, Mohd. Suhaimy. The involvement of Malaysians in internet marketing has been steadily increasing for the past few years and Wang Cyber forum proves to be an effective platform for Malaysians to discuss about marketing techniques, affiliates, SEO and things related to online business. It’s important to mention that Wang Cyber STRICTLY prohibits and is not in any way whatsoever associated to ponzi-scheme programs such as autosurfs, MLM, HYIP and things that resemble to ponzi-scheme programs.

In this challenge, participants can execute any legal implementations/methods to grab higher search engine ranking for this keyword. This challenge will be running for a month, starting from 1st of January and will be ending on 31st of January.

Anybody who gets the highest ranking on Yahoo and Google will be declared as a winner and is going to get RM 100 whilst runner-up and second runner-up will get RM 60 and RM 40 respectively.

Me in this challenge
I have two objectives in mind. My primary objective is to learn as much as possible about SEO techniques, realise all the techniques in this challenge and most importantly manage to apply the techniques on the websites across my domain. Secondly, this challenge will serve as a way of cleaning up Malay porn/sex websites with “melayu bogel” keyword from clogging up and plaguing the 1st page of Google and Yahoo search engines.

Latest Presidential Polls

According to the latest Poll Sen. Barack Obama (D) is leading Sen. John McCain (R) by 7 points. Same Poll shows that if elections were conducted today Obama would have 330 electoral votes against the 175 of McCain. It is very interesting how things are going to shape in the next couple of weeks leading to the general elections. Either way on November 5, 2008 we'll have a new President (elected) of the United States.

Gov. Sarah Palin guilty of abusing her power as Governour

Investigators found that Gov. Sarah Palin violated state ethic laws.....the outcome won't come probably until after election day. The inquiry looked into her dismissal of the Public Safety Commissioner Mr. Walter Monegan, who said he lost his job because he resisted pressure to fire a state trooper involved in a bitter divorce and custody battle with the governor's sister. Palin says Monegan was fired as part of a legitimate budget dispute. We'll see where that goes.........stay tuned.
